Advice needed....to track or not to track...
So we have been trying for about 7 months but the last 3 cycles been tracking with opk's and temps, but still no BFP.
Into a new cycle now and thinking do I continue to track or should I just leave it and see how it goes????
Just don't want to waste a month by not tracking but not sure if it's stressing me out too much.
Thoughts???
