face lump maybe a cyst?

My baby boy has a lump on or just above his right eyebrow. At first I thought he maybe bumped himself but looking back at photos I can see it has been there a while. My ped didn't seem v concerned but I'm really worried because we don't know what it is. I googled and looks like it could be a dermatoid cyst but I am not a dr! I am trying to push our ped to send him to a specialist for a diagnosis. Here's a photo. Anyone else had a similar experience or any ideas? Thanks
