Insomnia? Or just stupidity?

So for the past month I have been going to sleep around 4-5am and waking up for class around 9am. (It is currently 5:03am as I'm typing this, about to go to bed) It hasn't been this bad before and I'm always almost wide awake around the time I go to sleep. I eventually do fall asleep like a good 10 minutes after my head hits the pillow, but I feel it screwing with my body because I get random hot flashes or headaches and sudden motion sickness. I'm not sure if the fact that my roommate snores really loudly could also be a factor for when I'm about to sleep? I'm wondering if I could possibly have insomnia or am I just stupid for staying up this late? (Btw I don't just lay in bed wide awake for hours, I'm usually watching Netflix or on Facebook etc.)
