worried baby's not getting enough

I'm pretty sure my little one is going through his 6 weeks growth spurt, he's fussy at my breast and seems to only feed for 10 mins every hour! He won't let me put him down when he is asleep and screams like crazy! I'm not sure he's getting enough milk, he normally feeds for 20-30 mins at a time every 2-3 hours I'm starting to get frustrated with him refusing my breast after 10 mins! Should I try a bottle to see what he's getting?
