Does anyone believe meditation can help with unexplained infertility?

I voted yes. Not as a form of treatment for an underlying medical problem but I strongly believe that stress does affect fertility. I'm saying this from my experience. We don't have any fertility problem yet it took us some time to conceive. I was stressed out the whole time we weren't able to conceive. I was symptom spotting and basically "plan" bding. The month I gave up we only had sex a few times. In fact we had sex 2 days before ovulation day ( confirmed by bbt ) and I was busy the whole time and I knew this was going to be another month of disappointment. But no I missed my period and I was like it can't be it. I tested the second day after my missed period and I got a strong BFP. So yes meditation in my opinion can help people to conceive . Since stress can really affect your periods and meditation reduces stress, it could have a positive impact on fertility. I wouldn't say it's the only answer.
