What is wrong with me?!

My period was due October 25th I had some brown spotting for two days and that's it. Now it's November never got my period negative test 8 days after af was due. Lots of bloating, constipation, diarreah, and lots of lower back and front cramps and sharp pains every here and there.. PLEASE any advice is great!!!
