Pre-cum

So this is probably stupid but I was wondering if pre-cum has sperm in it and could it actually get someone pregnant. My most fertile days started the 26 and ends tomorrow. We had sex the 26, 28, 30, and today. Tuesday we had sex, he had to wash his hand off cuz he pulls out, them came back and did it again. I'm not sure if he went pee or not and that day I also had really watery CM so could there be a chance? Also this was unprotected sex if that helps. I just really need answers.
