Have u ever been sexually attracted to someone else like a coworker or a friend or something? It's a guy that I work with and we kind of flirt with each other a lot nothing bad just chit chat and a lot of giggles. But I find myself thinking of him a lot, sometimes in a sexual way. Some of the things I "like" about him I love in my SO. He knows about my SO & I think he's in a LTR as well.

And although I say I'm sexually attracted to him I would def never cheat on my SO. I just don't understand why these feelings and where they came from.

I think flirtation outside the relationship is important, as long as it is JUST flirtation. My SO travels a lot for work, so while he's gone, it's nice to have some sparkle. That doesn't mean I would let sparkle turn into flame, but it's nice to feel appreciated and adored.

As sexist as it sounds, all women are a little vain! We need to feel pretty, especially with how bad magazines, movies, and models make us look in comparison!

We have eyes, so these feeling come up sometimes. It's normal but if I were you I'd pull back on the flirting. It goes from an innocent attraction to much more quicker than you think and the "harmless" flirting doesn't help at all.

As long as boundaries remain where they are without a conversation with SO (in case one would want to pursue, some people are polyamoric like that), I think it's healthy.
