STM here; first baby I went with the Medela pump in style advance and I felt like it tore my nipples apart. I didn't have production issues, but it killed my boobs. The spectra s2 was new at the time and didn't have many reviews so I went with Medela. Well this time I've been reading reviews online and people seem to prefer spectra. Any thoughts/advice?
