Did anyone ever use a waist trainer before?
If so which kind do you think is best?
And do you have before and after pictures without the waist trainer on so I can see if the results are good
I have a blubbery belly and want it a lil smaller but I don't exactly have time to exercise with a baby at home and my busy schedules
