Can sex throw off period dates?

I had sex for the very first time on the 30th of nov. The first day of my period hasn't come yet and it's not supposed to come yet but even though we used a condom, i still have that fear of getting pregnant. If my period is late, can losing your v-card throw off when your period is supposed to come even if you aren't pregnant?
