My boyfriend is such a sweet man and is the most caring person I ever met. We've been dating for years. I lost my job and it been adding stress to our relationship. It doesn't help that I'm depressed. We have just been having a hard time getting along and I understand where he is coming from but lately I feel like he hasn't understood where I am coming from at all. He mentioned that things are going to change for us and he's planning something on new years. So I was kinda expecting/ hoping for a proposal which I have been waiting for for soooo long. A few days ago my phone was dead and I went to text his mom from his phone and I saw a text saying bring the ring. I was very happy and I know that him and his mom were planning a new Years <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> party which we never do and it was important that my family come. I was soo happy.Then last night he said something to me and instead of getting mad and trying to talk about it I was very upset but figured we can talk about it in the morning. I was hoping for an apology and that we can talk calmly and understand where each other is coming from. Well he went to work for 4 hours this morning and when he got home I was waiting for the apology and to talk and it never happened. I know the past 2 months we haven't been getting along-nothing serious just misunderstandings/ little arguments- but we do really love each other and we want to spend the rest of our lives together. Well after I didn't get an apology or him even trying to talk to me he made a little comment about calling for a job and I said I really hope that your not planning to propose on new years. And he said who told you that and he got very upset and as soon as I said it I instantly regretted it. What would you guys do?? Any advice??? Appreciate it!
