Menstrual Cups! Help! How to?

Hey Evettes!

I have wanted to try a menstrual cup for ages but I'm so confused about how to deal with it when you're in a public bathroom?

Do you wear, take it out, dump the contents and then put it back in? I'm nervous to say the least! Surely you don't rinse it?

Please help with any advice ☺️

Since you can leave it for up to 12 hours you don't typically need tp empty it in public but if you do you empty it dump it in the toilet then if you cant access a sink then wipe it out with toilet paper and reinsert it

I need to change mine every 4-5 hours. I just take a bottle of water with me to rinse it (when in public)
