Advice anyone?

I don't know what it is but lately my boyfriend has been toooooooo clingy on me and it's getting annoying now. We'll be laying down together cuddling and whatever and as soon as I want to get up to either sit or use the bathroom he holds me down and I'm literally stuck right there I have to force my way up or I tell him to chill and to let me go. And then he gives me attitude telling me he just wants to lay with me which i understand but I can't stay in one spot for to long I cant. I HAVE TO move around here and there if not I get cranky. Lately I've been noticing whenever he does this (which has been everyday basically) I've been giving him attitude then i get annoyed like crazy and it kinda ruins my day. I've told him so many times to stop doing that and to let me get up when I want to without him holding me down but he just gets mad. How do I tell him in a different way for him to understand cause this is to much for me now I'm ready to slap someone at this point. Lol.
