Should I buy him a christmas present...and what?

Hi, so this guy and I have been dating for 2 weeks now and although we arent official yet I can feel it that things are going pretty well☺️ My only problem is that its almost christmas and Im not one who is good at buying gifts for others. Do you think I should buy him a gift? And if yes what? I dont want something to be over the top since we are just starting out.

I think you should get him something small, not sure what age you are but if your legal maybe buy him a 6 pack of his fav beer, or take him for a meal and a movie! Something to celebrate Christmas but nothing too sentimental x

Yes but something small - maybe not even a present but a dinner or something. Makes me think of a girl my boyfriend was seeing before me; they been seeing each other for a month and for Christmas she got him a teddy bear that said 'you're cute, you're special' in her voice 😂😂. Still makes me giggle when I think about it.

Why not just ask him if he wants to exchange gifts? Or just get him something you know he'd like if you wouldn't be upset if he didn't get you something .

I would ask him, or what I did around Valentine's Day when I dated a guy is I bought something small and I kept it with me, if he gave me something I was prepared if not I didn't lose out on a lot of money.
