how can you tell if he's into you..?

So I work with this guy and I feel like he's into me. But I don't know. He's really touchy and suggestive but I feel like it might just be his personality and I've never seen him with any other females really because I'm one of the only ones that work there. But like yesterday whenever he would ask me to move or my help or something he'd put a little term of endearment on it like babe or hon and I really don't know. HELP.

From my experiences I would say like him always being happy when he sees you, talking to you first or whenever he gets the chance to! if you both have social media he may like or comment on some things you post more frequently, you could try and catch him out looking at you a lot, just keep a look out for all these things and hope for the best! In time if your still interested in him things could go further with you both
