Okay, so I hate my job. My boss put me in danger during my
pregnancy (yes, illegal I know.) he refused to give me vacation unless I found someone to take my shifts. This is all the tip of the iceberg. I swore after my leave I wouldn't go back. Here's the kicker: he sold his business, as of next week there's a new owner. As of end of December. Now I go back end of June. I also have issues with my coworkers taking advantage of me. My old boss did nothing to stop it. Now with this new boss it's a game changer. Most of you would like, we'll leave! The next kicker is the hours. I work 8-12. This gives me the opportunity to drop my kids off at daycare and pick them up (hubby works long days and can't- we have no family in town). When my son starts school soon I want to be able to pick him up. This job allows me to have a life and spend time with my kids. I have time during the day for laundry, groceries, cleaning and quality time with my babies. Would you stay Ina job you hate for this type of freedom? Usually my line of work would mean working a lot of shift work and late nights...I scored with this job hours wise. But I hate it lol. What do I do!? I've been struggling for a while...
