Should I take our boppy to the hospital?

Question

I didn't breastfeed my daughter, so I'm not sure how helpful it is. Is it worth taking it with us, or if I should leave it at home when the time comes?

What are your experiences, ladies?

I left mine and just used some pillows nonsense in taking it that's one more thing you have to pack to go back home

Yes! I didn't have mine and I regret it.  I couldn't get comfortable breast feeding in the hospital at all 😣

A pillow or two works just fine.

The lactation consultants at my hospital... Bless their hearts... Kept insisting I try the darn fussy nursing pillows... I always suggest just pulling a leg up, or pushing a single normal pillow under your arm. It's a more natural angle and I found it helped with laching (even with a c-section... If anything, using my leg as an arm rest kept the pressure off my abdomen)

I have taken mine with me for each delivery (3) and never used it. I just used regular pillows.  I'm pregnant with our 4th and I'm sure I'll take it with me again even if I don't use it.  FYI: I used my Boppy once I got home, I just didn't use it at the hospital.

No harm in throwing it in the car and having someone run out to get it for you if you want it.
