TTC; help!

I been off bc since the end of September, not that I'm trying to but if it happens it happens. Not to mention I have a reverse cervix which doctors said it be easier but apparently not. Anyways it gets to me when I take those test and it says a bfn or when ppl I know around me just got off the pill and the are already pregnant.! Can someone help thank you
