Taking Nuvaring out for sex
I read on the Nuvaring website that it's safe to take out ring for a maximum of three hours in a 24 hour period, but you should only do this once in a day...
My question is a bit silly I guess, but is it safe to instead remove the nuvaring twice in one day as long as it's been less than 3 hours total combined? I removed it for 1/2 an hour the first time then another 1/2 hour the second time that same day, but about 4-5 hours later. This was because my boyfriend could feel it during sex.
