How do i control my pee??? 😦😯

I am 27 weeks pregnant 2nd baby and i can not cough sneeze laugh anything without peeing on myself it's getting absolutely ridiculous!! Anything i can do to prevent it?

Ha yes! Don't mean to laugh but this is exactly me so makes me feel so much better lol
My son is 13 months old and I'm 25 weeks prego with baby girl and have never even dribbled a little until the last like 2 weeks and now I can't laugh, sneeze, or anything without a few drops? Wtf is happening lol
