How often are you bloated?

Lately my stomach has been like a balloon.. Any body else have this problem?

Around that time of the month, and then usually a little after I eat dinner.

Usually during the first couple days of AF I look pregnant because I'm so bloated. Although sometimes not as bad. I think it really makes a difference in what your diet is. If I eat saltier I tend to be more bloated.
