I know this sounds stupid. But how do I know if I've "gotton off"? What does that mean? I just recently lost my virginity.. don't know much about sex.

Getting off is means you orgasm. An orgasm is when you reach the height of climax during sex and you feel extreme pleasure from your vagina which will quiver and your body will tense up. You'll know when you have on for the first time.
