Fiancé cheating during pregnancy

My fiancé has been cheating on me with multiple women for three months straight and I am a little over 6 months pregnant. That's over half of my pregnancy. He's been talking to women all shapes/sizes, ages 16-35. MINORS INCLUDED. I'm utterly disgusted and my heart is shattered. What would you do?
