tips to ask an in home babysitter?

We're looking at moving my son out of daycare and into an at home sitters house. She would only be watching my son, but she has 5 kids of her own ranging from age 7-11 (triplets and 2 singles) I plan on meeting up with the lady I'm interested in. Any tips, or suggestions on questions to ask? I'd appreciate the advice :).

Make sure you are comfortable with the sleeping arrangements (bring your own pack n play or make sure there are no blankets or stuffed animals in the bed), if you are comfortable with her driving your baby make sure she is knows how to install car seats/safe car seat (no accidents/not expired) or she needs yours, what kind of a routine she has or if she will maintain yours (if you're structured like that). When and if her husband will be home, you will want to meet him.

What others said, but also is she certified through the state? That means she has to follow state regulations and will be checked out regularly at random to assure she is operating safety and correctly. I found a women not far from me with my last LO and when she told me it was only $25 for a whole day, I started to get suspicious. Sure enough, she wasn't certified. That makes it a lot easier for them to be abusive or have an unsafe environment for the children they're caring for. Plus, they take your money under the table which in turn, makes you unable to claim childcare expenses on your taxes because they won't claim the income.

How will she manage all the kids when they're not in school e.g. winter break. How does she do nap time etc.  Will she watch your baby is baby is sick.
