4weeks pregnant low hcg level

So I think I'm around 4 weeks maybe less😬 I went to confirm pregnancy with blood work midwife called me back and told my level of 120 is too low and I will not continue my pregnancy 😭 I have read  that not all woman have super high hcg levels at first. I hate this 😩 any tips?
