laparoscopy / Sex ?

So I had a Laparoscopy on Friday (5 days ago) . So today as I was laying down with my hubby cuddling and all that intense stuff  we ended up having sex. It did NOT hurt at all and I'm not in pain right now , even though I may not have pain but now I'm all nervous 😩 !!! Dr. said wait 1 week (7 days) and I didn't follow his orders . Should I be concerned ? I'm so paranoid right now 😣😣
