Not looking for judgement just a little insight. I have been pregnant before but made the decision of abortion. Not my proudest moment. While that was some time ago almost a year I feel I may be ready but for some reason I am not getting pregnant. Could the abortion have something to do with this???

Yes, its actually a huge upset to your body to get something like that done and also creates scar tidsue a lot of times. The best thing would be to see s doctor and have them check you out.

I can't believe people have actually said this could be the reason you've not conceived 😳. As long as the abortion was done by a doctor it will make no difference to your chances of conceiving. Yeah you could have difficulty conceiving but that won't have anything to do with having an abortion!

There is always a risk of not being able to get pregnant after having an abortion but it's still possible so keep trying and if need be seek medical help

As long as it wasn't a coat hanger but a real dr,  there is no reason to think that's why you're not pregnant.

If everything was done correctly, then it shouldn't have any effect on you getting pregnant now.

Normally an abortion has no affect on getting pregnant in the future but it can in rare cases

It can take upwards of a year for a healthy couple to get pregnant

I had an abortion before my son then after him and now im pregnant with my daughter but thats just my situation
