can't stop crying can't believe this happened

At a loss for words right now , my almost 4 month old nephew passed away tonight . He was like my son had him every weekend as well as his brother and I just don't know what happened . So young didn't even get to enjoy life . God took him too soon and now my heart is broken . I'm trying to be calm so I don't cause harm to my baby in my belly . I love you so much and I'll never forget you ❤️😇
