Due January 24th being induced

My original due date is January 24th but im being induced this Friday January 16th. I'm so excited but nervous at the same time. I've had the same doctor for all my appointments but she isn't on call for that day and the doctor who is I've heard good things about and bad things about. But mainly that he's creepy. I've also never had a guy doctor so that scares me a little bit. Anyone else getting induced early?!
