Wrong OPK

Today is CD13. Took a OPK this morning and not even flashing smiley. Went for ultrasound and just now got a call from the nurse saying trigger as soon as possible and come tomorrow for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>. What is wrong with these OPKs?
