a question for you ladies

So my af is usually around 3-4 days never ever last longer I had it last week it lasted a full 7 days mostly spotting so today I started with some really bad back pain and my breast are really sore I'm just curios to why this is happening? My breast usually hurt the week b4 I start my af n during but fades away b4 my af is gone my so can't even touch me it hurts so bad and im also experiencing slight cramping?also the past couple days I've been waking up dying of thirst and I'll just be laying in bed and start getting a panic attack n I can't breath ( I don't no if this has to do with back aches and sore breast but I'm kind of worried)  this is just not making any sense Should I take an ovulation test I really can't bare the thought of taking another pregnancy test for it to be negative n me get all upset about it I'm also trying to go to my obgyn to get help to get pregnant so I'm working on that any suggestions to what's going on and what I should do
