You can't see lips in an ultrasound unless it's a 3D one. That is the baby's skull and jaw, looks normal.

I have a similar picture of my daughter. For me, she was yawning so the tech made sure to write that on the us picture but it definitely is creepy. Almost as bad as looking directly at the face! Lol creepy demon babies we all have 😊
