Jelly like poop

My daughter is 10 weeks old today and breast fed. I noticed a few days ago her poop started looking kind of like snot or jelly like. It is still the normal color yellowish brown and sort of mushy like but there is also jelly like parts to it. I called doctor and they didn't seem too concerned, said to just watch if it gets worse, etc. It seemed to be going back to normal but she just pooped again and it was full of jelly like substance... Anyone have this happen to their Lo?
