Fluconazole 150 MG?

i was diagnosed with a yeast infection yesterday but never had any weird discharge at all. Well turns out i have it & my OB/GYN gave me the one time pill to take which i took immediately after the visit. today when i woke up, i was really itchy (tmi) down there and when i went to itch myself a whole bunch of crumbly type of weird cm was in under my nails and i felt like i was pulling out weird wet toilet paper or something. Is this normal? Does this mean the pill is working and my body is getting rid of the yeast?
