what to do I don't want to fight

I'm 17 years old and I'm a senior in high school. I'm not a bad kid I don't start thing with anyone yet ppl always want to bully me for different reasons. There's a girl who has been going around the school today saying that she will beat me up after school and I'm not a fighter so I'm really scared. I don't want to tell the principle because I'll look like a wimp or something. I don't want to fight what should I do 😞 I have never got into a fight in my life and she is known for beating ppl up around the school

To avoid both. Find her in a class or a place inside the school that's safe and say I'm sorry you feel this way about me. But I'm not going to fight someone for no reason. So please work out your issues . Then walk away. Maybe if a teacher is near by she will listen and not engaged ..hope this helps

If you have any friends for support, ask them to be with you after school to support you and walk away from whatever this girl tries to start. Or, just tell the principle that someone wants to start a fight with you...not in a wimpy "I'm afraid" way, but as someone who doesn't condone violence and worried that this person will become physical no matter what you do.

Is there a reason she is asking this? If not She seems like a bully and most bullys are all talk. If she confronts you i wouldnt back down. Stand your ground and wait and see if she attack. If she doesn't it will show you are not afraid of her. That's what I would do...

You should tell your parents that you're being bullied and threatened. Anytime you are threatened, you should probably report it to someone, even the police. Understand that your well-being is at stake. It doesn't matter what you look like to them because you shouldn't care about the opinions of shitty people. It is best to ignore these people who want to fight you. But if they insist on threatening you, you can say something like "if you touch me I will call the police". It doesn't matter if you look like a wimp. Nobody wants to have the police called on them and have something like harassment or assault on the record.

Go ask for help. I know it doesn't seem that it's the best way but you're being a bigger person by refusing to take part in the violence and also standing up for yourself at the same time. Not to mention it's not worth getting hurt over. It's taking the high road! :)

FYI I had some issues with some girls in my high school back in 1998-2001 and it really sucked. I was a huge nerd and was in every advanced class you can take. I found out about this program and my senior year I did the first half as an exchange student to school in Paris France and then came back and did dual enrollment in the local community college. So I never went to high school my senior year. I graduated my college classes in early May and took summer a classes too. So that when I transferred to my university I had 31 credits and skipped my freshman year. Best decision I ever made. Just know you don't have to stay there they are programs like this that exist and you could go to community college starting in January 2017 as a dual student like I did.
