am I a bad person ?

My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year and things were going great. Few rough spots but other than that we've been good. the past month or so though my boyfriend and I have been at each other's throats arguing constantly. About stupid shit and it's really starting to take a toll on me and our relationship. A little bit ago my best friend introduced me to her roommate. Him and I didn't really talk much. He was just kinda in his room and I was in their living room hanging out with my friend. Well since the arguing started between me and my boyfriend I've been over her house much more to get away from it. So me and her roommate started talking more. And over the past few days I've kinda realized that I'm started to really like him. I would NEVER cheat on my boyfriend. And don't plan on pursuing the roommate at all while with my boyfriend. I just feel like a terrible person for catching feelings for the roommate. Am I a terrible person for feeling this way
