Cysts

So I went to my first OBGYN appointment today and they did an ultrasound and found that I have cysts on my ovaries. I am also 7 weeks pregnant. The dr said don't worry unless I have severe pain. I just want to know how common this is and what I can do to prevent this from messing with my pregnancy.
