Just been getting gassy and cramps here and there but other than that no sign or any spotting of menstrual cycle.

My cycles last anywhere from 40 days to 65 days. I was diagnosed infertile about 2 months ago. I found out I had PCOS. I tried chlomid for three months and that didn't help me ovulate at all. I was put on provera to start the chlomid. Provera started my period for me. Definitely go see your gynecologist
