Ex husband wants to be there for the birth

How do I tell my abusive husband, who lives in America that I don't want him to be there for the birth of our baby in January ? He wants to fly over to the UK to witness the birth.

My family hate him and said they will ring the police if he turns up but he just says he won't support me by holding my hand or touch my head when I'm giving birth cause it will be "awkward" he will just come in after the baby is born and then even said he has thought of what to say if the nurse saw us three together and says " you look like a good family " he told me his reply will be "no we aren't a family, I knocked her up on a one night stand" because it's "funny" and said it would make the nurse laugh.

I'm full of hatred by his cheek !! Nothing about that is funny. I mean we are still technically married and the baby WAS conceived through love , not lust. So I didn't appreciate that comment he made.

How do I tell him I don't want him to visit at all?

He's only just proved to me that he doesn't care about me or that I'll be in pain with the birth.
