Scabby nipples?!

Hi all, first time mama here. I've always had really small boobs to the point I thought they'd not developed properly as they're not even breast shaped really, more like man-boobs...

Anyway, apologies for that description 😂 I haven't had much change to them I'm pregnancy apart from the nipples have darkened slightly. No itching, no pain. Worried I won't be able to breastfeed actually.

So I've noticed some brown speckles that are a bit scab-like. I've not tried touching it nor do I really enjoy looking at it, I don't have a great relationship with my boobs!! Does anyone know what these dark scabby bits are? Should I see a doctor?
