Medical abortion experiences?

I'm have my reasons for my choice and it's the best thing to do, I'm 12 weeks pregnant and having a medical abortion, I know 12 weeks is late but I only found out at 10 weeks and the only one my hospital can offer me is a medical because all the surgical slots are taken. I've already taken the first pill and I am already overwhelmed with guilt, I go back in 2 days for the other pills and will pass it in the hospital. Has anyone else experienced the medical around 12 weeks? How bad is the pain, physical and emotional? I don't even know how to feel at the moment.
