INCREASED PAIN AFTER SEX

So I had sex with my significant one the other day. I know it's kinda crazy but we haven't had sex in a good while and this time it lasted 1 hour and half. It's the night after now and honestly my whole body hurts with such a passion. I feel like I'm gonna yell. My back, butt , tummy, 😺, legs, even my arms? I'm softly shaking 😂 It's my 4th time having sex so I don't know if it's normal. How do i make the pain stop? I can't even sit properly girlssss, there must be a way 😂😂😂😂😂
