Low placenta worries..

We recently had our 18 week anatomy scan and we're thrillled to finally know baby is boy! First time mom, I also found out I have a low placenta and it's covering my cervix. Dr said to give it time since it might rise and no sex to avoid bleeding. I'm just pretty scared and just looking for some reassurance/advice from mamas out there that have experienced this.
