I'm 5w6d with my first (thrilled btw), but I'm wondering. Does anyone feel more pregnant one day and not so much the next?

I'm just gonna go ahead and tell you. 
This will be a constant until you give birth. 
I'm 20 weeks and 5 days. 
Some days I feel extremely pregnant, other days I don't. 
For example, I normally wake up with a bump to one side because the baby sleeps on the same side with me. This morning I woke up and didn't look pregnant at all. I do now, but it's been 6 hours since then.
