Suck it up Buttercup

Apparently after the election results College students were so distraught over the outcome that the Colleges brought in grief counselors,therapy dogs and ponies,held "cry in" sessions were students gather in a classroom to cry,exams were cancelled and the list goes on. All of this was funded by the tax payers dollar.An Iowa Senator wants to pass a bill called "suck it up buttercup". He feels that students should be allowed to express their emotions but it needs to be done on their time and not on the tax payers dollars. He feels that it's wasteful to use tax payers dollars to fund these things because the money should/could do be used for somthing more beneficial. If passed the bill will still alow the school to run these types of therapy functions but at the end of the year whatever money they spent towards this will be doubled and be used as a budget cut. What do yall think?
