little to no self confidence right now...

Ive been with my boyfriend for almost 11months now and we used to have sex at least four or five times a week and now it's like once a month maybe. I only see him once maybe twice a week due to his work. They have crazy hours. He'll go in at two in the afternoon and maybe get home around one in the morning or 11 if he's lucky so I never get to see him. And since he's working so much he just sleeps when he's not at work and us not talking is really hurting my confidence and self esteem because I can no longer make him happy as I used to so I'm always worried he'll leave me to make it easier on us.......
