help!!

I'm super scared I might be pregnant i had sex a week ago and I think the condom broke, when I checked eve I had just started me fertile window so now all week I've been super stressed I feel crampy maybe I'm crampy because I'm tricking myself into feeling like I'm pregnant? and today I just got spotting so I'm worried that might be implantation spotting also I've been gettin headaches and I've been really tired but I also have a bad cold so that might explain why I'm tired and achy... I also have PCOS so it's not easy for me to get pregnant. ... just need to get this off my chest kinda panicking I couldn't have a baby and I don't want to have to go through having an abortion.
