Police or judge advice much appreciated

I was going through my home town where the speed limit is 25 I know this. I was going 25 if not 30. I passed a cop. It was late at night about 5 mins later this bigger green truck goes blowing past me no sooner do they pass and fade off into the dark he cop pulls me over now at this point I am going 45 I am in a 50. The cop pulls me over and says I was going 65 in the 25. Way back there and gives me a 405 dollar ticket. I was driving a 93 ford ranger thing didn't go 65 without shaking and shit. I am pretty sure it was he other big truck and I got the blame o am fighting it. Wil I win what do I do I have never been pulled over ticket said estimate and radar. Idk what to do lady's advice!!! how do I tell that to the court or should I not.
