Found out that
I'm having twins! I'll be 13 weeks on Wednesday. Had my first ultrasound this past Friday, was shocked when the doctor discovered TWO babies. We're having fraternal twins. They have their own placenta and everything so that makes me di mono right? I'm still learning the terminology.
This is my second pregnancy and I'm trying to take in AS MUCH information and advice as I can. I found out my grandmother sister had a twin. And her kids had twins. But other wise I never knew twins ran in the family ( grand mother on my fathers side, whom I don't really talk too) So any advice I could get would be great!
My only symptoms is I've been having headaches that are border line migraines for the past two and a half weeks. My doctor hasn't really given me anything for it. But my doctor is also about to transfer me out, due to her not handling twins. Which is disappointing.
So I'm hoping the next doctor can do something for me. I'm due 06/21/2017 but I have a feeling these babies will be coming sooner.
What's the average for women pregnant with twins? 34 weeks ? 36 weeks ? A few people told me I'll be lucky to hit 35 weeks.
